What Is Pine Plywood?
Pine Plywood is a multi-layered wood panel product made by pressing pine wood layers with a special adhesive system. It is one of the preferred plywood types in different sectors thanks to its lightweight structure, economical cost and easy-to-process feature. As ORTECH Plywood, we offer pine-based plywood products with sizes, thicknesses and technical features suitable for the intended use. Pine plywood provides a strong solution for projects looking for lightness, practical use and cost advantage.
Thanks to its layered structure, it offers a more balanced form compared to standard solid wood. This structure helps the panel to be easily cut, screwed and adapted to different applications.
Pine-based plywood provides an advantage especially in areas where lightness is important. Therefore, manufacturers and applicators often prefer pine plywood products in packaging, crates, shelving, decoration, furniture substructures and general-purpose construction applications.
Pine Plywood Features
Pine Plywood offers lightness and ease of use thanks to its pine-layered structure. You can safely prefer it in projects looking for an economical solution. Moreover, it creates a practical alternative with its wide range of use and cost advantage.
We use phenol formaldehyde resin in production. This resin increases the durability of the panels. In addition, we prepare the products with a resin system suitable for EN 13986 standards and E1 emission class. We also control the moisture content by considering EN 315 and DIN 68705 standards.
